Suplence are used for fast searching of appropriate suplence of a teacher.  There is also a record of hours used for suplence, which can be displayed for a period – days, number of days, months, years...

We can always select a different teacher a program had chosen. The program takes into consideration several factors (how much time a teacher was already suplent, waiting time...) which lead to the best choice.
