This is the hardest phase for the user. He has to enter data, which is required to calculate timetable. The user must be careful and accurate, but he can always change data, if he finds he forgot something. The following data needs to be entered:

• Hours
• Days
• Locations
• Teachers
• Classes
• Students
• Courses
• Extras

Next picture is showing the basic screen, divided into data compartments.

Entry is not hard, you can always change what you inserted. You can use entry via editor or by clicking on the forms.

Data compartments contain:

c copy row

e edit row via editor

Big X and C delete or copy everything in a compartment. Editing can be done directly in a row too.

Time limits can be entered directly into the script, or inserted via clicking.

Hours and days

You can simply add or remove hours. Just click on the field, where you need to edit, and off you go.

Hour entry requires mark and text, which can be anything.

Days also have Weight, which regulates weight of courses, to be in the same range as weight of days.

Locations

Locations can have Code, Capacity, Group and Name inserted. If locations are in the same group, program can choose any location from group, if only one is specified (unless it is not required).

Teachers

Teachers are given a Code, Idle;DayLoad, Location, Terminus, Available, Name, Status and Working hours.

Classes can have Code, Color, Care factor, Number of students, Location, Terminus, Mandatory presence and Start time inserted.

Students are given named subjects (help, football...), heterogene and niveau subjects. We also insert subjects of choice.

Courses

This is the hardest entry, but they can be easily adapted to. Hours, Code, Type, Class, Teacher, Location,  Terminus, Schedule, Weigh, Group size, Students and Name are inserted.

Extras

Extras are used to set conditions, which enable specific solutions. Conditions can be see on on this link (povezava do Extras).
